ReadItSwapIt 'Unable to Send a Book' Policy
When you agreed to swap books with the other user, you entered into a legal
binding contract.
If you have now found that you cannot send the book as you agreed to do, it is
incumbent on you to try to make amends to the other user.
Please contact the other user immediately and explain why you cannot send the
book.

If the other user has already sent you their book, you should invite the user
to choose another book from your list. Alternatively, if the other user
does not want any of your books, or you have no more books to
swap, you should send the other user their book back, including a book of
2nd class stamps as compensation for the postage they have paid.

If the other user has not yet sent their book, you do not have to send anything
but please take note that they are still quite within their rights to give you
low feedback.

If you are having problems getting to the post office, perhaps because of
illness, please email the user and advise them that there will be a delay. If
the delay is over two weeks, please ask a friend to post the book for you.
WARNING: if you do not adhere to these guidelines and the other user complains
about your behaviour, you face possible suspension from the site. To avoid this
situation, please ensure your book list is up-to-date and accurate.
